Like all of our product offerings, you can submit your
own artwork or choose from our database of images to complete
the custom look you want. New customers are sent a proof
of your payment books prior to printing for final approval.

Payment Books
|
| Tuition Payment Books usually contain 9-12 envelopes
and can be dated to suit your needs. We can even print
the students' names on each envelope for easier identification.
50 books is a minimum order and pricing starts at 84 cents
per book with a print charge of $27 for the first 200 books
and a $27 set-up charge, pricing is done by quantity and
we would be happy to give you a price quote at any time. |
As a business owner, you don’t probably don’t
have time to worry about the receipt of your clients’ fees.
Your clients don’t have the time to search for
an envelope when it comes time to make their payment.

| Our Tuition payment booklets take care of both needs
at one time. The payment envelope is ready to be stamped
and returned to you. The client has a stub that remains
in their booklet so they can keep track of when payments
are sent. There’s no need for monthly billing to
be sent to your clients. |
| The envelope and outside cover can be customized with
your facility’s name, address, and logo. If you prefer,
we offer a variety of stock artwork to choose from. The
inside cover and outside cover back can be custom printed
to suit your needs with a calendar, mission statement,
policy, listing of staff, or any other type of text |
| Prior to printing your new order or the reorder with
changes, we would generate a proof for your approval. Processing
time after the approval is approximately 2 weeks. |
We ship the order UPS ground unless requested otherwise.
We are always happy to contact you when the order is ready
to ship with ground shipping prices along with expedited
rates.

Dance / Remittance Stub Books
|
| We also offer a Dance/Remittance Stub Payment book which
has a stub that can be filled out and inserted into the
remittance envelope. These remittance stub payment books
with 8 to 12 monthly envelopes start at $1.26 per booklet
and $.06 per special envelope (any type of additional envelope
aside from the payment envelope), our booklets are economical.
There is a $27 setup fee for first time customers and on
recurring orders with changes. |
| Our minimum order is 50; any quantity over that amount
can be purchased. Orders of 500 or more receive a 10% discount.
Books can be dated with month only if requested so you
can use them for more than one year. Books containing more
than 12 monthly envelopes, not including special envelopes,
are subject to a higher per booklet fee. |
