An energetic and joyful Walter Eck stepped into the One Write offices Tuesday, infusing the atmosphere with a Holy Spirit of Purpose. Home on a brief furlough for rest and fund-raising, he and his wife, Connie, will finish their first year as missionaries to Haiti in September of 2013.
The United States Postal Service is going to continue to deliver mail on Saturdays. That’s the good news. The Post Office is still a financial disaster and no one (including Congress) will confront the situation. That’s the bad news.
