1. Why did the date and number location change on my full size envelope?

In the past we have had two envelope designs; one with dates/numbers at the bottom and one with dates/numbers on the top. Changing back and forth from one set-up to the other was time consuming and not cost effective for you, the customer. The decision was made to standardize the position in order to keep our costs as low as possible. We do apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. If you would like, we can put the date/number at the top as before, however there will be a special handling charge of $28.00 applied to your order.

2. When will I receive a proof and acknowledgement of my order?

You should receive a proof and acknowledgement of your order within 7-10 business days from the day we receive your order. If you have requested an expedited order, you should receive proofs in 3-5 business days. If you have not received this information within the appropriate time frame, please call us to verify your contact information.

3. What is a proof, and why do I need to see it?

A proof is a visual representation of the job you are ordering, usually sent by email in PDF format. Receiving a proof gives you an opportunity to review your order details and make any changes you may need.  It ensures that we are printing the order exactly as you request it. We do require your approval of the proofs and order details before we will print the order.
