Many churches want a specific verse or verbiage
on their weekly envelopes. This is normally italicized for
better visibility. |

| Fund Titles |
|
You may choose 1, 2,or 3 weekly fund titles
for your envelopes. If you do not want any fund titles, just
leave the area blank. |

| Ink Selection |
|
Black is standard - no charge. Blue, Green,
Purple, Red, Teal are available. Charge for printing Envelopes
in an ink color other than black is $21.00 |

| Image Selection |
|
We provide several images on our web site
that you can choose to be printed on your envelopes, or you
can choose to not print an image. There is no setup fee for
this service. If you would rather have your own logo or picture

| Font Selection |
|
We have several fonts for you to choose from.
When you type in the church information, the font will appear
on the sample. Please note that you will be sent a proof
prior to print, so you may change the font if desired upon
receipt of your proof copy. |

| Start Date and Date Style |
|
We need to know when you will begin using
your offering envelopes. We have 3 choices on the web site: |

| |
Calendar Dating: This type of dating would appear as “Jan
1 2006”. You may enter any start date you desire, but
it must be entered as 00/00/0000. |

|
| |
Perpetual Dating: When choosing perpetual dating, only
the month and the Sunday will be printed, no year. An example
would be Jan 1st Sun. You may enter any month you wish to
start. |

|
| |
No Dates: There would be no dates on the envelopes but
the sets would contain 52 weekly envelopes. |
|
| |
| Starting Number |
|
Your envelopes can be numbered beginning from
any number you choose. You may also choose to have no numbering
by leaving the Start Number field blank. |

| |
| Number of Books |
|
Our minimum order is 50 books. Any amount
over 50 may be purchased. |
|
| |
| Initial Offering Envelope |
|
The Initial Offering Envelope is used to help
defray the cost of your offering envelopes. You can specify
a set amount to be printed on the pintail offering envelope
or it may be left blank for the giver to decide the amount.
The cost for these envelopes is $.025 each. |

| Desired Delivery Date |
|
Normal delivery time is 4 to 6 weeks after you have approved
your
proof.
If
your Desired Delivery Date is less than 4 weeks, we will
make every attempt to meet that date. |
