Pricing shown on this page is an estimate only. You will receive a proof copy and itemized pricing on your acknowledgement for your approval prior to printing.       Our payment terms are net 30 days.       Processing time for custom printed orders is approximately 6 weeks.

Explanation of Product

Our booklet style offering envelopes offer many advantages to your members. They hold together well for the entire year. Your givers can record and maintain their record of giving on the stub, which stays intact with the booklet. The Currency size envelopes hold a standard size check or money without folding. The size of the envelope when folded is 3” X 7”.       Your counters will like the “easy-open” tab on the back of the envelope.

Shipping Information

Orders will be shipped when printed unless special arrangements are made with us.       Please provide a shipping address where someone is available to give a signature. A street address must be submitted as the order will be delivered by UPS. Please make sure someone will be at the address to sign for the delivery.       Because of the many variables regarding weight and shipping areas, your shipping charge will not be included in the price shown on the web site. It will be added to the total upon invoicing. If desired, one of our customer service representatives could contact you prior to shipping with the fee. No additional fees other than the shipping charge will be billed to you.       If you want expedited shipping, please advise us in the comments section. A customer service representative will contact you prior to shipment with the charges.

Other options and how to order them

We currently offer custom printed sets in Youth Envelopes or Currency Size Envelopes on this web site, but there are many other options to choose from.       We offer 3 other styles of envelopes: Mailable Currency #1, Mailable Currency # 2, and Regular size sets.       Perhaps you would rather have your own logo or picture on your envelopes and/or covers.       We offer 3 types of special giving envelopes: Color Border, Premium, and Standard.       Some churches want only 12 envelopes in each booklet for monthly giving.       If any of the above appeal to you, then please contact us at 800-268-6070 or 740-654-2128 or email us for further information and pricing.
