The
Cheerful Recorder Version 2.0 Reference Library download
is for users of version 2.0 through
2.26 of Cheerful Recorder. If you receive a runtime
error when you try to open it, and the error occurs after
the background
image is loaded but before the login screen appears, it
means that you are missing the reference library.
You can resolve this issue by upgrading
to our current version of Cheerful Recorder (at
no charge) or download the following fix for your older
version.

In
order to add the reference library to your computer, please follow
these steps:
1.
Click the download button below. A dialog box will appear
and ask if you want to OPEN (or RUN) or SAVE the file. Choose
OPEN (or RUN), and the installation program will download
and then start.
2. Follow the directions
on the screen, and the computer will finish the updating process.
This should resolve
