Call Center Services
Our 42 station call center is available for order taking, courtesy
calls, “help desk” tech support, and customer service.
We feature 3 T-1 circuits (72 lines) with the potential to upgrade
to 5 T-1 circuits. One Write utilizes a real-time monitoring system
that can report on all 42 stations, and our inbound and outbound
services are available 24 hours per day, 7 days per week.
One Write currently serve colleges, businesses, and non-profit organizations.
Our experienced staff can work with your current data entry system
or if you prefer, we can create a customized program to fit your
exact needs.
